The peace of mind an insurance policy provides is one thing but when a claim occurs you find out the real value of it and your broker. We will guide you through the lodgement of your claim and assist with providing the information needed by the insurers which may involve external experts such as Loss Adjusters, Engineers or other specialists.

You will be dealing with one of our staff who will act as a liaison with the insurer claims team so that you don't have to spend hours on the phone to a call centre and we will keep you updated on the claim progress.
